THIS month, the West Village will get its own branch of a revolutionary new health clinic built for these recessionary times: Hello Health, an independently funded, privately run enterprise, which first opened nine months ago on the north side of Williamsburg. It has managed to do what the federal government has not yet — namely, provide fast, affordable, high-quality, easily accessible health care to the uninsured.
